Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • At SAMC Enterprises, we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our attendees. However, we understand that plans can change, and unforeseen circumstances may arise. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled.
1. General Cancellation Policy
  • Before 1 Days of the Event: If you cancel your booking 2 days or more before the event date, you will receive a [full/partial] refund of the ticket price, minus any service fees. Event days or after Days of the Event: If you cancel Ticket Event day or After Event day, no refunds will be issued. Event Organizer -Initiated Cancellations: If Event Organizer cancels the event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, venue issues, etc.), attendees will receive a full refund of the ticket price.
2. Refund Process
  • Refunds will be credited within 7 business days after receiving the cancellation request or after the event cancellation notice is issued by Event Organizer. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
